Commercial & apartment building pv4ev charging

ENERPAK’s Level 2 and Level 3 charge controllers are powered by our patented Solar Charge Maximizer Systems.

The High Voltage DC Photovoltaic Power Controlled by the ENERPAK's Patented SCMC System to Charge the EV Batteries Directly without the Power Transmission Loss in the Grid.

There is no transformers, nor inverters, nor converters are required to pass the PV energy from the solar arrays to the EV batteries. The PV power is harvested and used for Level 3 DC charging at the location where the commercial or tenants' vehicles are parked.

Depending on the available space for solar panels mounting, and if it is roof-mount system or rack-mount systems or parking canopy system, the solar charge maximizing controller system for EV charging at commercial and apartment buildings can be designed and installed for almost every commercial & apartment building.

Commercial Office Building Electric Vehicle Charging

Benefits:

  1. All the building occupants' EVs can be charged during the day when the sun is up, and whenever they are parked near the commercial or office buildings.

  2. Level 2 chargers are gentle to the EVs to maximize the EV battery service life, after the ENERPAK's unique high voltage solar charge maximizer (400VCN80A) charges the EV to 80% of its battery capacity. The EVs batteries can always be charged to the full capacity through the solar inverter with 240vac power supply for level 2 charging in the same system.

  3. The capacity is no longer limited by your building's total electrical power supply capacity.

  4. There is no grid-tie approval nor electrical power supply upgrade required, nor any stress on the existing power grid.

  5. The PV4EV systems are immune to power supply interruption due to the extreme weather conditions.

  6. You can provide endless power for EV charging by turning the building roof area and parking lot into natural energy harvesting resource, and save the spending on fleet gas cards as well as the earth.

  7. The remaining PV power may be used for building domestic water preheating tanks heating, or emergency power supply for other appliances when the EVs are all fully charged.

System construction details:

  • The solar panels may be mounted on the roof, or on the rack, or on the car parking canopies;

  • The SCMC PV4EV system design and installation and commissioning services are required.

Apartment Building Electric Vehicle Charging

Benefits:

  1. The tenants EVs can be charged during the day when the sun is up, and whenever they are parked in the garage or in the parking lot of the apartment building..

  3. The charging capacity is no longer limited by the capacity available from the power supply grid. It is limited by the total area available for solar panels mounting.

  4. The grid-tie approval is genrally not required.

  5. The excessive energy can always be used for the domistic hot water preheat to save on natural gas for a apartment buildings.

  6. The PV4EV systems are immune to power supply interruption due to the extreme weather conditions.

  7. The remaining PV power may also be used to export power to the grid when the system is tied to the grid, or it may be saved in the battry on site to charge EVs in the evening time.
