WH Mechanical Engineering Inc., o/a ENERPAK is raising Up to $0.5M USD ($700,000.00 CAD) by issuing

SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) Notes (Minimum $5,000.00 CAD per SAFE Note).  The fund will be converted to USD, and maintained and shares calculated by CAP Table in Carta.com

Currently, ENERPAK is fundraising to build the Automatic Transfer Contactors and have it certified for installation in Canada. These vital components can be installed to isolate the grid power and onsite power in any residential homes, farms and commercial buildings with all types of onsite power generation (gas, gasoline and/or PV power) capacity. This component will allow the PV power from the Solar Charge Maximizing Controller Systems (SCMCs) to interact with grid power safely, and also provide sufficient protection for the line workers from local utility companies. The products will allow the Solar Charge Maximizing Controller Systems to harvest sufficient solar photovoltaic (pv) energy. 

• We have tested and confirmed that the Solar PV power from SCMC series products can support essential electrical load for a household living, even through Summer heat waves, and charge EV for city driving with Solar Photovoltaic (PV) power only.

• When fully implemented, the solar PV power percentage can be increased from the current 7% to 50% of the total power consumption worldwide.

• The Solar Charge Maximizing Controller Systems (SCMCs) work with or without grid power _Power Supply Resilience, and allow existing grid capacity to power more homes.

We are building the transfer switches (contactors) to have it eSAFE field evaluation certified at the moment, so the Solar Charge Maximizing Controller Systems can be installed in Canada without the need for other transfer switches. We are hoping to have these products CSA / ULC certified for SCMC system installation worldwide.
